We understand that sometimes things go wrong, or for whatever reason what you ordered may not be quite right for you. On the rare occasion that happens our dedicated team of customer service elves are here to help make things as easy as possible for you and still make sure you have a great Christmas.

Have you changed your mind?

We are extremely proud of our Christmas range and know that you will love your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes excitement can get the better of you and that 12 foot tree may not actually fit through your front door or you may just simply change your mind. That’s okay.

Don’t worry, we still want to make you as happy as possible and offer a no quibble return up to 30 days after your purchase if you change your mind.

All we ask is that any unwanted item be unused, in its original condition and with all packaging, labels and tags intact.

To keep our prices as low as possible and to keep up our free postage, we are sorry to say we can’t offer free returns, but if you do want to return an item after changing your mind, it is still very easy to do.

Simply arrange the return yourself and provide us with the relevant tracking details, or:

Get in touch and we can arrange for any item to be picked up for you. Courier charges start from just £12 depending on the size and weight of the item as well as the specific courier we use. This can be deducted straight from your refund to make it as easy as possible for you.

Once we have received the goods and they have been checked over by our team, your refund will be processed within 7 working days using the same method you paid with.

Need to return a faulty or damaged product?

Although our team pride themselves on the quality of our products we do recognise that from time to time things do go wrong, and on the rare occasion damage can occur during transit or manufacturing.

When this happens we don’t want it to ruin your Christmas and our customer service elves will do everything they can to help you and make things as easy as possible for you.

If your item is faulty or damaged in any way then please get in touch with us here.

If you can provide as much information as you can about what has gone wrong, including a photo or video if necessary, then we can assist you with putting things right. We can arrange for the item to be delivered or collected, and then as soon as we receive the goods we can process a replacement item or your refund, which will be processed within 7 working days using the same method you paid with.
