Christmas Store Direct one of the UK’s biggest suppliers of Christmas decorations at extremely affordable prices! The company was set up by parent company Garden Store Direct who are a hugely successful retailers of garden furniture, storage, BBQs and outdoor heating, hot tubs and many more!
Who are we?
Our small, tight knit team spent over a decade growing and perfecting a huge logistical and retail network, and through Christmas Store Direct we can put our love of Christmas into amazing products and equally amazing customer service.
Where are we based?
Our head office is based in the North West of England, in Preston to be precise! We are able to ship to all areas of the UK and the majority of postcodes come with completely free shipping.
For our customers a little further away in the Scottish Highlands including AB31, AB37 - 38, AB41 - 56 and IV, and on the mainland KW1 - 14, PA21 - 40, PH15 - 26, PH30 - 41, PH49 - 50 and KW1 - 14, a small additional courier charge will be required.
What products do you sell?
As you might have worked out from the name, we stock a huge range of Christmas products. This includes festive lighting, wreaths, trees, inflatables and many more. Each product has been designed to capture everything you love about Christmas and bring cheer to you and your family.
How long do orders take to arrive?
Santa’s sleigh has nothing on our courier drivers!
We aim to deliver swiftly and offer next working day delivery for any order placed before 11am. For orders placed after this time, items will be shipped the next working day and arrive the following working day after that.
What is your refunds policy?
We understand that sometimes things go wrong, or for whatever reason what you ordered may not be quite right for you. If this is the case, we will try to make it as easy as possible to return or exchange your items.
You have up to 30 days from your order date to do this. You will need to return the products back in an unused state and in its original packaging with tags still intact.
